Skilled crews for maintenance and repairs at the mine

Akaliko Workforce & Technical Services (AWTS) supplies technicians whose competency is signed off task by task. Akaliko companies have done this work on mine sites in Mongolia and the DRC.

Flags name six kinds of work; the card shows photos of each from Akaliko sites.

Competency

Verified capability, not headcount

AWTS is a workforce and technical services partner, not a recruitment agency. Each technician is checked task by task before deployment.

  1. Selected

    For attitude, aptitude and competency.

  2. One procedure per task

A standard work procedure for each task.

  3. Signed off

Competency signed off at every step.

  4. On file

Held on each person’s file, as evidence for every deployment.

What AWTS offers

  • Workforce solutions
  • Technical field services
  • Shutdown and project services
  • Engineering and advisory
  • Training academy
  • Managed services: workshop, warehouse, maintenance
