MineIQ Track

A clearer view of your undercarriage. Bring component wear, inspection history and maintenance priorities into one workspace.

Interactive concept · Fictional sample data

See the fleet. Understand each component.

Capture an inspection, review calculated sample wear, explore remaining-life estimates and plan the work with branch stock. Force and Track findings share a machine record, with lifecycle history, costs and configurable reports.

Priority work

Inspection readiness

Forecasts use successive measured wear readings and your sample daily usage. Missing, old or inconsistent data remains visible and can prevent an estimate.

Force + Track

Shared machines, inspection review and work orders.

Wear + Kool

Sample field forms for wear surfaces and radiator observations.

Asset lifecycle

Serial history, inventory movements and rebuild jobs.

Every reading has a place in the story.

The proposed workflow follows the undercarriage from measurement through review and planned work.

  • Measure component wear

Record links, bushes, shoes, idlers, sprockets and individual rollers on the left and right tracks.

Keep the tool, unit, photographs, operating conditions and review notes with the inspection. The demo saves records on your device.

  • Follow component life

Follow wear over time alongside installation records, component hours and the machine’s operating hours.

Record installation, removal, rebuild and transfer events. Sample forecasts show their criteria and exclude unsuitable readings.

  • Plan the next action

Bring priority components into a maintenance plan, with a due date, responsible branch and parts requirement.

Create and assign sample work, compare replacement costs and record inventory movements, PEX cores and rebuild stages.

  • Review and report

Review the inspection, compare the findings and prepare a report with the recommended next steps.

Configure a report, compare inspections and print or save as PDF. Role previews and an audit trail show the review workflow; no customer report is sent.

An illustrative inspection

Where the readings come from.

An undercarriage inspection records each component group on the left and right tracks. Select a component to see what the inspection looks at.

What an inspection records

Track links

The links form the chain. The inspection records how far the rails have worn down, so the change can be followed between visits.

Built around the decisions ahead.

The aims of MineIQ Track, illustrated in the sample workspace.

  • Spot changing wear

See how a component is changing between inspections, rather than relying on its latest reading alone.

  • Prioritise the fleet

Bring the machines and components that need attention to the top of the maintenance team’s list.

  • Prepare for replacement

Connect upcoming work with the stock, exchange component or repair support it will need.

  • Keep a useful history

Make component readings, inspection notes and actions available together when the team reviews a machine.

Connect the finding to the work.
