Hydraulic Cylinder Service
Disassembly & inspection
We fully strip down your hydraulic cylinder and assess every component for wear, damage, and tolerance loss. Our technicians document the condition of the barrel, rod, seals, and end caps so you get a clear, honest picture of what needs attention before any work begins.
Barrel repairs
We restore worn, scored, or out-of-round cylinder barrels to factory specification by rechroming and honing. This brings the bore back to a precise finish and diameter, protecting your seals and ensuring smooth, leak-free operation.
Rod replacement
Bent, pitted, or corroded piston rods are replaced with precision-machined rods built to match your original specifications. We use high-grade materials and exact tolerances to restore full strength and a flawless sealing surface.
Hard chroming
Where required, we strip and re-chrome the barrel’s internal surface and the rod’s external surface with a durable, corrosion-resistant hard chrome layer. The components are then precision-ground and polished to meet exact tolerance requirements.
