Ryandicka Anugerah Putra

Career and experience

Ryandicka Anugerah Putra serves as Director of Corporate Development at Akaliko. His work connects strategic planning, market analysis and partnership development with the commercial priorities of the group. He supports alignment across business development and supply-chain teams, with a focus on informed decisions and sustainable growth.

Ryandicka joined Akaliko in October 2023 as Regional Business Development Director for Asia and moved into the Head of Corporate Development role in January 2025. His responsibilities have included market sizing, partnership models, growth-opportunity identification, sales-strategy alignment and CRM governance.

Before joining Akaliko, he led strategic marketing and business development at PT Patria Maritim Perkasa. He previously held plant-management roles at PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering and PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya, progressing from marketing and sales leadership through deputy plant manager to plant manager. This experience spans manufacturing and remanufacturing in the heavy-equipment and marine industries.

Ryandicka holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Brawijaya. His career combines operational leadership with strategic marketing, business development and continuous improvement.
