Inanç leads China’s cylinder manufacturing capability, aligning production, quality, engineering standards and team development across Akaliko’s factories and approved manufacturing partners.
Career and experience
Inanç Çelik’s appointment as Director – Cylinder Manufacturing, China takes effect on 1 October 2026. The role brings together manufacturing quality, production execution, industrialisation and manufacturing standards across Quanzhou, Nantong, Xuzhou and other approved China cylinder production sources.
Inanç joined Akaliko Intercontinental in June 2022 as Sourcing Manager and Product Manager for hydraulic cylinders and seals. He moved to China workshop operations in September 2024 and established the Quanzhou hydraulic-cylinder facility, overseeing layout, equipment selection, recruitment, production processes, assembly and testing.
At Quanzhou, he recruited and developed a 17-person team, established operating procedures and quality controls, and supported the development and rollout of Akaliko’s production-management systems. He led the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, with certification achieved in January 2026.
His earlier experience includes manufacturing engineering at Küçükpazarlı Aerospace and engineering, quality and production-management roles at Hidrosil Hydraulic Cylinder. He also worked in data and information management at Goodrich and began his engineering career at ASELSAN. Inanç graduated with honours in Manufacturing Engineering from Gazi University in 2016.
