Dr. Doğukan Hazar Ülker leads Partner Operations and Sales at Akaliko, working with headquarters and global branches to align product offerings and partner capabilities with customer requirements. His remit covers hydraulic cylinders and parts alongside the wider mining component portfolio supplied through Akaliko’s partners.
He became General Manager of Akaliko Intercontinental in Turkey in 2021. His subsequent headquarters roles included Director of Supply Chain from April 2023, Director of Marketing during 2024, and Director of Partner Operations and Sales from December 2024. These assignments have connected sourcing, market development and customer relationships across the business.
Earlier in his career, Doğukan worked in international business development at Hidrosil Hydraulic Cylinder, including participation in an international competitiveness development programme. His experience combines industrial manufacturing, supplier relationships and the development of international markets.
Doğukan holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Başkent University, a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University.
