Anton Akimov
Anton leads product and OEM development, connecting supplier partnerships, product qualification and lifecycle readiness with customer needs. He works with the commercial team to develop opportunities in Russia and the CIS.

Anton brings experience across mining equipment, product support, workshop operations and field service. His background combines technical leadership with supplier development, equipment purchasing and international commercial operations.
He led the underground mining department at Instroitekhcom from 2022 to 2024, following a Head of Field Service role at Berg Hous. At Normet, he managed field service for Eurasia from 2018 to 2021. Earlier, he held regional service and workshop and field service operations excellence roles with Sandvik in the CIS.
His career also includes technical leadership at Zeppelin Rusland, a Caterpillar dealership, regional management at a DAF truck dealership, and parts and service roles at Mantrac Vostok. He has experience sourcing mining equipment in China and coordinating sales, purchasing and after-sales support across international markets.
Anton holds engineering and economics degrees from Ural State Technical University and has completed further leadership, project management and product support training.
