With over 20 years of supporting our mining customers, we have taken on board the “voice” of the customer in requesting quality labor support and additional professional services to support the mining industry.

We are pleased to announce in 2023 that the Akaliko family can now offer this service.

What makes us different is that our team is multinational, with many people bilingual and experts in their fields. They can coach and mentor a variety of national workforces globally.

With our team of experts, we can assist in building or managing our customers' equipment to a defined reliability/availability on the customers’ site.

Our team:

• Competent and trained RCA investigation and application specialists who can provide recommendations for prevention and optimization.
• Identification and resolution of component and equipment failures encompassing mechanical, environment, people, and processes coupled with operating applications.
• PCR (Planed Component Replacement Specialists)
• CRC (Component Recondition Centre Specialists)
• Experienced workshop and field shift supervisors
• Planners with the ability to build LCC modeling strategies, long and short term to meet required budgets.
• A mechanical team that has broad experience across multiple OEMs and specializes in specific equipment types, fault finding, PM compliance, and major repairs. This means we can supply dedicated expertise to tackle machine performance and customer workforce concerns on-site, backed up with workshop support and maintenance contract professionals.
