Bushings

A bushing is a detachable cylindrical element that fits into an opening or bore. They function as a guide, limit the size of the aperture, sustain a load, and most importantly protect other pairing components. Finally, a sleeve bushing aids in friction and wear control in dynamically loaded situations and may be quickly serviced when necessary.

A bushing is a part of a hydraulic cylinder, and it’s used in barrel and rod eyes. The raw material of the bushings can consist of either steel series 1050, 4140, etc. or bronze series. Raw material preferences can be made regarding the project requirements. Bushings get processed in the CNC lathe benches before heat treatment and grinding operations.

 

  1. Bronze Material: Equivalent to CuSn6Pb6Zn3, CuZn25Al5, CuAl11Ni, CuAl10Ni etc.
  2. Steel Material: Equivalent to AISI 1045, 4140, 4340, 100Cr6 etc.
  3. Solid dry self-lubrication bushing, combination material —bronze and graphite
  4. Steel hardness 52-60 HRC
  5. Custom size and tolerance with low order quantity
