These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of akaliko.global, shop.akaliko.global, and any other Akaliko websites or online tools that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by The Akaliko Global Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Akaliko”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If any part of these Terms becomes unacceptable to you, you should stop using the Site immediately.
Right to Change, Modify, or Delete the Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
About the Site
Akaliko is a global manufacturer and service provider specializing in hydraulic cylinders, mining components, and related industrial products. The Site provides information about our products, services, capabilities, and global operations. It also includes our online store (shop.akaliko.global), product catalogs, inventory tools, and technical resources.
The content on the Site — including product descriptions, specifications, images, technical data, pricing, availability, articles, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) — is provided for general informational purposes. The Site and all Content are the property of Akaliko or its licensors and are protected by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (including the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 and the Trademark Act B.E. 2534), applicable U.S. intellectual property laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws of the jurisdictions in which Akaliko operates. Certain trademarks and logos displayed on the Site may be owned by third parties, including original equipment manufacturers whose marks are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any Content, trademark, or other intellectual property without the prior written permission of Akaliko or the applicable rights holder.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may view, download, and print Content from the Site for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices and do not modify the Content.
Linking to the Site
You may link to the Site provided that the link does not:
(a) suggest that Akaliko endorses your products, services, or organization;
(b) use Akaliko’s Content without written consent; or
(c) use the Content for commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to withdraw permission for any link at any time.

Akaliko does not provide engineering, legal, or tax advice through the Site. Customers are responsible for confirming that products meet the requirements of their specific application.
Online Store
Purchases made through shop.akaliko.global are governed by these Terms and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase (including delivery terms, payment terms, and return or warranty policies). In the event of a conflict, the terms specific to the transaction will prevail.
Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:
Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other rights of any person or entity
Post false or misleading information about Akaliko’s products or services
Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site by automated means without our written consent
User Content
If you post or submit content to the Site (“User Content”), you remain responsible for it. Akaliko does not routinely monitor User Content but reserves the right to remove, edit, or move any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
If you believe that content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to Akaliko at the address in the “Contact Us” section, including:
(a) identification of the work or right claimed to be infringed;
(b) identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site;
(c) your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
(d) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized;
(e) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner; and
(f) the signature of the rights owner or authorized representative.
For notices originating from the United States, we also accept notices in conformance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). False claims may result in legal liability. Repeat infringers may be permanently prohibited from using the Site.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including suppliers, distributors, and industry partners. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites and do not endorse them.

AKALIKO DOES NOT PROVIDE ENGINEERING, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR TAX ADVICE, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE WHERE NEEDED.
IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH PROVIDES THAT A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST AT THE TIME OF THE RELEASE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AKALIKO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Akaliko, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Thailand, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or transactions (such as online store purchases), constitute the entire agreement between you and Akaliko regarding your use of the Site.
No Amendment or Waiver
These Terms may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties. No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Akaliko.
