Hydraulic Cylinder Service
Disassembly & inspection
We fully strip down your hydraulic cylinder and assess every component for wear, damage, and tolerance loss. Our technicians document the condition of the barrel, rod, seals, and end caps so you get a clear, honest picture of what needs attention before any work begins.
Barrel repairs
We restore worn, scored, or out-of-round cylinder barrels to factory specification using honing and re-boring. This brings the bore back to a precise finish and diameter, protecting your seals and ensuring smooth, leak-free operation.

Mesabi Radiator Service
Manufacturing & assembly
Akaliko supplies new Mesabi radiator assemblies and replacement cooling components for mining and heavy equipment applications. Each unit can be built to suit customer machine specifications or operating requirements.
Repair and spare parts supply
We support radiator repair, refurbishment, and spare parts supply for heavy-duty cooling systems. Our service covers damaged sections, worn components, leaking areas, and replacement parts required to return the radiator to reliable operating condition.
Cleaning with ultrasonic technology
Radiator components are cleaned using ultrasonic technology to remove internal contamination, scale, oil residue, and debris from hard-to-reach areas. This helps restore cooling efficiency and prepare components for inspection, repair, and testing.
Pressure testing

Control valves, modulation valves, clutch assemblies, relief springs, valve springs, sensors, switches, suction screens, and related components are inspected and serviced as required. This helps restore correct oil flow, pressure control, clutch engagement, and transmission response.
