How is the exchange "Flat Rate" price determined?

The Exchange Program offers a standard exchange price upfront, assuming the returned core is in repairable condition. If major components (like the rod or barrel) are found to be unrepairable during inspection, a specific surcharge is added. You never pay more than the price of a full replacement.

Are there holding fees for Consignment stock?

In most cases, we offer zero-cost holding fees for the duration of the contract. Alternatively, some agreements may have a minimum fee that is fully deductible from the final purchase price when you consume the unit.

What warranty coverage comes with these programs?

What happens if my returned exchange core is unrepairable?

If both the rod and barrel are damaged beyond repair, a "Core Charge" is applied. However, we provide a transparent inspection report with photos to justify every decision, ensuring you only pay for what is truly necessary.

We start by analyzing your fleet list and maintenance schedules to create a data-driven stock forecast and replacement plan. This ensures you have exactly what you need, right before you need it.

When am I billed for consignment stock?

You benefit from consumption-based billing. You are only invoiced when the component is removed from storage and installed on your machine. Until then, the inventory remains on our balance sheet, not yours.

We stand behind our quality. Exchange units come with a 12-month / 5,000-hour warranty. Consignment units include an extended warranty of 5,000 hours or 18 months from the delivery date, ensuring long-term peace of mind.
