Tsogt is an accomplished professional with proficiency in Mongolian, Russian, Japanese, and English. He has built a strong academic foundation, holding bachelor's degrees in International Foreign Affairs and Mining Application Engineering.

With a career spanning two decades in Mongolia's formidable mining industry, Tsogt has gained valuable experience and expertise in the field. He started as a mining consultant with DBT GmbH and later assumed the role of country manager for Bucyrus. During his tenure with Caterpillar, he managed key accounts for prominent mining clients such as Rio Tinto's Oyu Tolgoi and Mongolyn Alt MAK LLC, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale projects.

In 2018, Tsogt joined Akaliko in a managerial capacity, taking on the responsibility for the company's operations in the CIS, Mongolia, and West Africa regions. His experience and leadership skills have contributed to the success and growth of the company in these regions.
Aside from his impressive professional achievements, Tsogt has a passion for off-road racing. This thrilling activity reflects his dexterity in managing intricate terrains, which is paralleled by his ability to navigate the complexities of the international mining industry.
