Faradiansyah graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) with a major in Material Science and Engineering. He began his professional career as a management trainee at one of Indonesia's leading heavy equipment dealers. Following this, he played a crucial role in developing their remanufacturing business for heavy equipment components, such as engines, power trains, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and fabrication.

His expertise in operational management comes from his 15 years of experience in the remanufacturing business before joining Akaliko in 2023.
