Dallas Fotty
Akaliko Canada Inc.

Dallas Joined Akaliko Global as Managing Director of Akaliko Canada Inc., in October 2018. He is responsible for operations of the Canadian division and Technical Advisor for Akaliko Global. Prior to Joining Akaliko Global Dallas held the role of Mobile Division Site Manager, Corrosion and Abrasion Solutions Ltd., Canada.

Dallas has over 25 years experience in the mining and oil and gas industries, in various operational and managerial roles, in the oil sands, oil and gas, mining and construction sectors in Western Canada.

He holds a Management Diploma from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Tsogt Tumurkhuyag
CIS Operations Director

Tsogt joined Akaliko in 2012 as Consultant and now has been appointed as CIS Operations Director based out Karaganda, Kazakhstan. He is responsible for Business Development of Kazakhstan, Russia and other CIS countries. Prior to joining Akaliko Global Tsogt was the Mongolian Representative / Stakeholder of DMT Group, Germany, and  Bucyrus International Inc., USA.

Tsogt has over 16 years of experience in Mining operation, having held management and procurement positions in Gold mine (Shoroon Ord LLC) and Coal mine (Sharyn Gol JCS). His experiences include 7 years as a stakeholder of DMT and Bucyrus in Mongolia and sales manager of Cat Global Mining. He owns a mining consulting business in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

He holds a Bachelor of International Communications from Asia University, Tokyo, Japan. He has attended Application Engineer Program at Mongolian Technology  University.

Syamsul Maghribi
Akaliko Indonesia - PT. United Hydraulic Technology (UHT)

Syamsul joined UHT as General Manager in June 2015. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our cylinder reman and repair operation and continuous business improvement in Balikpapan, Indonesia.

Syamsul has over 15 years’ experiences working, both hands on and managerial level, for International mining companies, namely Thiess and Leighton. This includes managing component Rebuild Shop, General Bay and External Repairs Management.

A person with proven best practice in implementing safety standard aligns to mechanical knowledge and maintenance management experiences of heavy plant equipment operational. Syamsul is a specialist when it comes to reducing downtime, improving quality standards and maximizing cost saving.

Juan Hernandez
Akaliko Mongolia

Juan Joined Akaliko Global from April 2014 as the Service Manager for its Mongolia operation.

Prior to joining Akaliko Global, Juan works at Liebherr Service Center for Mongolia as its workshop manager, where he repaired Hydraulic cylinders, Final drives, Swing drive, Pump Drive and Engines. Juan has over 20 years of experience in construction and mining service industries.

He holds bachelor Civil Engineering from the Technical Institute of the Havana, Cuba.

Gerard Masson
Akaliko Nigeria

Gerard joined Akaliko in December 2016. He is responsible for Akaliko’s West Africa development with the initial focus on Akaliko’s Nigerian operation. Prior to joining Akaliko, Gerald has worked over 35 years, in various positions starting from being field technician to high level managerial/commercial position, for a world repute mining equipment manufacturer in France / Germany.

Throughout his careers, Gerard has implemented his knowledge learnt from the ground up in the field of technical, after the sale, service inspecting and technical commercial leading to success in the development of various mining equipment sales and services projects around the globe.

Don Brown
Akaliko-Rockmac USA

Don joined Akaliko/Rockmac USA division in September 2016 as a hydraulic consultant, business development/product procurement specialist. He is currently responsible for developing the Telescopic and Construction/mining style cylinder business in North and South America.
Don has over 45 years of Hydraulic Business experience, having held numerous management, technical, and sales positions. He has also owned two technical consulting/business development businesses in New York and California.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, plus numerous certificates from various hydraulic component manufacturers’ technical/ product application seminars.

Dietmar Nowotny
Akaliko Singapore

Dietmar has worked more than 25 years for one of the world market leaders in bearing company. He has extensive expertise in sale and service platforms related to bearing, such as lubrication, sealing, services and supply of bearing related products for all industrial segments. Originally from Austria, has worked across the globe. Dietmar spends the last 15 years focusing on promoting mechanical services sales, service contracts as well as managing the full SKF portfolio with national and international key accounts.

He holds a Management Diploma from the Academy of business, trading and international economy, Steyr, Austria.

Evert Bosman
Akaliko South Africa & Zambia

Evert joined Akaliko SA in March of 2018 as the Business Operations Manager. His is responsible for the expanding and support of the Akaliko Branches within Africa. In August 2018 he was appointed as the Operations Director for Akaliko Zambia, opening the doors to a new 12 000 square meter hydraulic manufacturing plant and refurbishing facility. Prior to joining Akaliko Global, Evert held the role as General Operations Manager for South Africa Hardchrome company.

Evert has over 12 years’ experience gained in the Engineering field, working in various operation and supporting roles in the electroplating industry. This Including 8 years of servicing and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders for many world renown mining equipment manufacturers throughout South Africa.

Paul Boon
Akaliko Thailand

Started work in the financial sector as a consultant in 2003 and 4 years later, Paul stage up a hydraulic remanufacturing and repair business in Thailand, Thai Hydraulic Services Co. Ltd and then in Balikpapan, Kalimantan, Indonesia under the named PT. United Hydraulic Technology.

Paul served and supported the intensive Indonesia’s mining equipment industry and since then the business had progressed from the initial staff of 5 people to, at the present, 150 people running 24 hours 6 days a week. He is the founder of Akaliko Global

He holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Industrial & Operation Engineering from University of Michigan Ann Arbor, US.
